Database downloads are strictly limited to our sponsors, educators and students of music education. All those who submit a request for the database must indicate their place of business or the school they attend. The database will not be used in any way for solicitation or spamming purposes. No information is provided on the database except the information supplied by the sponsors at the time of application, that appears on the online directory. Any person found using the database other than for purposes of easy contact for personal use will be banned from any updates by a change of the download address. All other persons with database access will be given the new address each time it is updated. If it is found that the database privilege continues to be abused at the cost of the sponsors' peace of mind, the database access will be discontinued. NO e-mails from sponsors are sold, unless the e-mail address has been part of the database. The database will not be sold to mass marketers for that purpose. No e-mails of those requesting databases or putting ads in the classifieds will be sold. Noteworthy CyberSolutions will also take measures to make e-mail link codes unreadable by spambots.

PAYMENT
We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Money Orders, cashier's checks, or your business check. Sorry, personal checks are not accepted for the database downloads. There will be a fee of $25 for returned business checks.
